Tom ni mtoto wa pili katika familia ya watoto watatu. Alizaliwa 28 October 1986. Alianza kuimba kwenye Kwaya ya kanisa. Mwaka 2005 Muyombo aliunda kundi lake la kwanza akiwa na marafiki zake wanne wakijiita Afro-Saints.

Wimbo wake wa kwanza akiwa msanii wa kujitegemea ulikuwa Mbwira aliourekodi mwezi Novemba mwaka 2007 kisha mwaka 2008 akaachia Albamu iliyoitwa Kuki. Baadaye alirekodi albamu nne kati ya mwaka 2008 na 2013 zikiitwa Subeza, Ntubanyurwa, Komeza Utsinde na Mbabariara Ugaruke.

Anautambua muziki wake kuwa wa mahadhi ya "Afrobeat, Dancehall, Pop na RnB ambayo ina mtindo wa kiafrika.

Ameshirikiana na wasanii kadhaa akiwamo Radio na Weasel, General Ozzey, Knowles na hata Sean Kingston. Ametumbuiza kote Afrika mashariki n ahata Marekani na miongoni mwa wanaomvutia ni Chris Brown na Usher Raymond.

Tom Close alichaguliwa kuwa mshindi wa tuzo ya kwanza ya mwaka ya Primus Guma Guma Super Star ambayo hutunukiwa mwanamuziki anayependwa zaidi nchini Rwanda.

Pia ameshinda na kuwa msanii bora wa mwaka katika Salax Awards mwaka 2009, 2010 na 2011.

Zaidi ya muziki na udaktari wa kutibu binadamu aliousomea katika Chuo cha taifa cha Rwanda na kuajiriwa na Hospitali ya Jeshi la Polisi iliyoko Kigali, pia ni mwandishi wa vitabu vya Inka Yanjye, Nkunda u Rwanda, na Isuka Yanjye.

Cassper Nyovest alithubutu kwa mara nyingine tena na amefanikiwa. Jumamosi hii, rapper huyo wa Afrika Kusini, aliweka historia kwakuwa msanii wa kwanza wa nchini humo kuujaza mwenyewe uwanja wa mpira wa Orlando jijini Johannesburg kwenye show yake aliyoipa jina Fill Up Orlando Stadium.

Uwanja huo huchukua watu 40,000. Wizkid alikuwepo pia kwa surprise na kuunga na mastaa wengine kumsindikiza rapper huyo.

Mariah Carey is keeping her $10 million ring from her billionaire ex-fiancé James Packer — and now she “wants millions in a settlement” for uprooting her life to be with him.
Carey was spotted out at Nobu in Malibu, Calif., on Thursday night in an eye-catching, skin-baring outfit and still flashing her titanic 35-carat diamond ring from Packer.
The couple split following a fight on his yacht in Greece in September amid rumors that the diva had been hooking up with backup dancer Bryan Tanaka.
According to reports, Carey is now seeking $50 million from Packer for uprooting her life to move to LA for him, and claims she’s so traumatized by the split that she’s had to cancel the South American leg of her tour.
But a source close to the warring ex-couple said, “Of course Mariah wants money, but she’s not getting $50 million. There’s no negotiations about money because they haven’t spoken since the split. He let her keep the ring, and she isn’t getting a cent more. It is ridiculous to claim that James is the reason for the cancellation of her South America tour. A few days ago she blamed it on the promoters.”
Carey’s friends have hit back with claims that he became crazed over her “close relationship” with Tanaka, who was at Carey’s Halloween party last weekend and also with her at Nobu.
A source told us, “She was screwing around with Bryan. James found out about it, and it was one of the reasons they split.”
Tanaka was one of the dancers who carried the singer out on a chaise lounge during her performances.
Packer strongly denies allegations of an incident on his yacht in Greece that led to their split. His rep has said of the claims, “This is simply untrue.”
Meanwhile, reps for Carey say the split was not due to cheating, saying, “Mariah and James had a fight in Greece, and have not seen each other since. The fight was not because of any cheating allegations or excessive spending by Mariah.”
Their spokespeople didn’t comment further last night.

Bobby Shmurda aenda miaka saba jela

 

Baada ya kukubaliana na upande wa mashtaka, rapper Bobby Shmurda kutoka Brooklyn, amehukumiwa kwenda jela miaka saba Jumatano hii.

Mwezi uliopita, Bobby alikiri mashtaka ambayo yaliyokuwa yanamkabili ya kumiliki silaha kinyume cha sheria. Shmurda aliambia mahakama kuwa alilazimishwa na mwanasheria wake kukubali hukumu hii ili asihukumiwe miaka mingi zaidi.

Mwanzo alikuwa amehukumiwa miaka 5 lakini alikuwa hajakubali kwasababu rafiki yake, Chad “Rowdy Rebel” Marshall alikuwa amehukumiwa miaka 12 kwahiyo ikabidi aongezewe ili rafiki yake apunguziwe. Wote wamehukumiwa miaka 7 na mahakama.

So Tristan Thompson was dating Jordan Craig for a couple of years.  Craig is  friends/family with Kevin Hart’s wife Eniko, and Kevin is friends with the Kardashians.  They all attended the Hart’s wedding, which is where Khloe Kardashian met Thompson and Jordan, who was pregnant at the time.  Eventually, Thompson broke up with Jordan and is now dating Khloe Kardashian.  Jordan’s baby shower was last weekend.  After posting a beautiful video of the event, Tristan’s father, Trevor commented on Jordan’s Instagram congratulating her and saying he hopes it opens his son’s eyes.

MARRY J BRIGE KUMLIPA KENDU ISAAC $129K KILA MWEZI

Mary J. Blige’s Estranged Husband Kendu Isaacs Wants Over $129K a Month in Spousal Support

And so it begins. Mary J. Blige’s ex-husband is now reportedly demanding spousal support– to the tune of over $129,000 a month.

TMZ reports that Blige’s ex, Kendu Isaacs, wants $129,319 per month according to recently filed court documents. He says that Blige was the bread winner during their 12 year marriage and he should basically be allowed to continue the lifestyle he’s grown accustomed to during their marriage. He says that Blige earned between $1.5 million and $5.1 million over the past two years.

Blige has an album that’s about to drop and is also tour, and because she fired Isaacs as her manager shortly after she filed for divorce, her ex-husband now says he has no income. Apparently, there was a prenup but Isaacs says it’s no good since he signed it without a lawyer. Reportedly, Blige believes the prenup isn’t legitimate because she’s already wrote two checks for Isaacs totaling $85,000.

Meanwhile, Blige remains focused on her music. Earlier this month, she premiered a new song at her concert in at The Grand Theater at Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Conn., called “Thick of It,” which seems to be about her divorce.

“Love ain’t just black and white, it’s not that simple / It’s hard to tell who’s wrong or right,” she sings. “When it’s dark, I swear I can see the light / Should I stick it out? / Are you worth this fight, are we worth this fight?”

Blige filed for divorce from Isaacs back in July, citing irreconcilable differences.

TROY AVE'S LAWYER SAYS TROY IS "BARELY GETTING BY"

Troy Ave’s Lawyer Says Troy Is “Barely Getting By” Because He Can’t Tour

Troy Ave has been out of jail on bail in July, after serving about two months on attempted murder charges for the May shooting at Irving Plaza.

The conditions of his release bar him from touring or performing anywhere, as well as from going to clubs. He also has to be at home by 11pm. Of course, anything is better than jail, but his lawyer says even these restrictions are hurting him, and “he’s barely able to get by.”

Ave reportedly was getting between $6k-$10k per show, and had to cancel “at least 50” tour dates because of the arrest. He now owes a lot of those promoters the advance they’d given him, or he will be sued for breach of contract. Ave and his lawyer have asked the judge to lift the restrictions, but the judge is denying it for now. His next court date is November 4.

“I think they’re waiting to see what happens in the short term to see if he regains the ability to perform,” his lawyer said. “Touring is what drives everything else, and it’s hard to release music if he can’t promote it with live performances.”

Ave paid his $500,000 bail by using his mother’s Crown Heights home as collateral.
